Thank you for making the trip to celebrate our big day with us. We understand the complexity that international travel can bring and appreciate it so much. We will do everything we can to simplify the journey for all of our guests and host a special and memorable weekend.

Our wedding venue is located in Pessan, France. The accommodations we are recommending are located in Auch, France which is a town about 10 minutes away by car to the northwest of Pessan. (See Lodging Tab for list of places to consider staying).

Organized transportation will be arranged for the day of the wedding from these local accommodations, both to and from the event. If you would prefer to drive to the wedding, parking is available on-site and we can coordinate this for you.

Reaching Toulouse:

Arrival via Air: The nearest major city to our venue is Toulouse. Toulouse has an international airport, Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) which is serviced by Air France, British Airways, easyJet, Ryanair, amongst other carriers.

Other Airport Options: Both Barcelona (BCN) and Paris (CDG) are very accessible from the states. From these hubs, you can choose to: 1.) transfer to a regional flight into Toulouse, 2.) take a train to Toulouse, or 3.) rent a car and drive.

Reaching Pessan & Auch from Toulouse:

Toulouse has an international airport and both rental cars and taxi services readily available. Expect travel time from Toulouse to Auch by car to take between 50-60 minutes. If you anticipate wanting to explore by car on your own over the weekend, we would recommend that you rent a car. Taxis can be limited and expensive once you arrive in Auch.

Alternatively, a local train is an option to Auch from Toulouse. Auch is the closest station to the venue, however, any taxis in and around Auch should be pre-scheduled.

Note: Ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are not available in Auch and Pessan.

Travel FAQs:

You may drive in France with a valid U.S. driver’s license if it is accompanied by a notarized translation in French. It is recommended that you carry an International Driving Permit - available online from AAA.

Entry into France for requires that your passport be valid for at least three months beyond your intended date of departure from the Schengen Area.
